File a Complaint

Should you find the help and solution provided by the Support Team not sufficient enough, you may write an email to complaints@grineopay.com with the detailed description of your situation, and our Case Managers will take care of it.

The more details you provide, the more effective your communication with the Dispute Resolution Team will be.
