How To Withdraw?
Ready to move your digital assets? There are two ways to withdraw funds from Grineo, either from one wallet to another or by making a cash withdrawal from an ATM.
Below is a quick guide on withdrawing from your Grineo Wallet, and here is the article on how to withdraw your funds as cash.
Wallet to Wallet Withdrawal
To withdraw funds from your Grineo to another wallet, open up your Grineo app and tap the Wallet tab on the bottom right corner of the screen.
In the middle of the screen, you’ll see three main options; Deposit, Withdrawal, and Exchange.
Tap the withdrawal icon to the right of the Exchange tab.
When you’re withdrawing from Grineo to another third-party wallet, you’ll need the address or Public Key of this third-party wallet.
Typically, a third-party wallet will have a menu called “Deposit” or something similar, and that’s where you’ll find this address.
Copy the address and paste it in the field in the Grineo Withdrawal menu. Alternatively, if your third-party wallet shows a QR code, you can simply scan the QR code to get the address.
With the address entered on the Grineo Withdrawal menu, you’re ready to make a withdrawal.
Make sure that the address is correct and that the network you’re sending funds to matches the network of the digital asset you’re using. Bear in mind that digital asset transactions are irreversible and funds may be lost if the wrong address or network is used.
Once you’re sure the details are correct, enter the amount you want to send and finalize the transfer.
Note: when you link your Grineo Card to a USDT or USDC wallet, stablecoins can only be spent through card purchases and cannot be withdrawn to external crypto wallets.
