Reporting Suspicious Transactions

If you notice any unauthorized or incorrect transactions, it’s essential to notify us immediately. You can do so by using the “Contact Support” button located in the upper right corner of the Homepage or by reaching out to us via email at support@grineopay.com. The sooner we’re informed, the quicker we can start investigating. Please provide as much detail as possible about the transaction to help with our investigation.

Time Frames for Reporting

It’s important to be aware that there are specific time frames within which we can claim a refund for disputed transactions. These time frames are determined by payment service providers and card schemes like Visa. Therefore, prompt reporting is crucial to ensure effective assistance. Please note that the transaction should not be older than 45 days.

Card Security Concerns

If you suspect that your card’s security has been compromised, take immediate action. Block your card within the app and then request Grineo to block your card to prevent any further unauthorized usage.

Issues with Purchases

If you encounter any problems with a purchase made using your card, the first step is to communicate with the Merchant directly. Try to resolve the matter with them first. Generally, services and shops aim to effectively settle disputes and avoid chargebacks. If the issue remains unresolved, reach out to Grineo via the app to report the disputed transaction. Keep in mind that the dispute checking process can take up to 120 days.

Limits and Responsibility

It’s essential to understand that while we aim to provide reliable services, there are circumstances beyond our control. These include situations where a merchant does not accept your card, delays, interruptions, or disputes between you and the supplier of goods or services. We take responsibility for our errors, subject to the limits outlined in our terms and conditions.

Please note that Grineo charges a $15 fee per dispute request raised by you.
